职业倦怠已成为高校辅导员队伍中不容忽视的问题,加强辅导员队伍建设必须正视这一问题。本文探讨了辅导员职业倦怠的表现、危害及成因,提出了消除辅导员职业倦怠的对策。
Abstract：The occupational ennui has become a problem which can not be ignored among the group of college counselors. It should be faced squarely during the process of strengthening the counselor group. This thesis probes into the manifestation, perniciousness and cause of the occupational ennui. In addition, the article also puts forward the strategy to eliminate the ennui.
